RSP/2S: Sharpening and re-sharpening of circular knives
The RSP/2S robot grinding station shown here has a modular design and is designed for machining circular knives with a diameter of 70 to 200 mm.
The outer diameter is measured with a laser measuring station.
- one-sided machining station with diamond grinding wheel of the P3/T series
- magazine is placed via stacking magazine with subsequent deposit on mandrel
- workpiece spindle for holding the circular blade for continuous turning after measuring the outer diameter
