RSP/5B/1F/2L: Milling and flat grinding of knife handles
The robotic cell is designed for surround-milling of handles and flat grinding of stainless steel rivets. By means of surround milling of the handle a repeatable contour is achieved for further grinding and polishing processes.
The station is equipped with:
- one belt grinding station of the series BSS10
- two belt grinding stations of the series BSS14 for pre-grinding
- two belt grinding stations of the series BSS14 for finish grinding
- one milling station
- two laser measuring stations
