Strip edge trimming line
BHR/TRIO: line for strip edging for a big range of contours
The strip edge trimming line of the series BHR/TRIO is designed for strip edging of a big range of contours and chamfers. The line consists essentially of a decoiler, a recoiler and a strip edge trimming machine of the series TRIO. The line can be retrofitted later to a BHR/QUATTRO or a BHR/QUINTO with a QUATTRO or a QUINTO strip edge trimming machine.
The line can be completed by components as follows:
- winding and multicoil systems
- traverse winding systems
- strip tension regulating systems
- levelling machines
- brushing machines
- grooving machines

- strip width max. 300 mm, (larger strip width on request)
- strip thickness 0.1–8 mm
