Traveling head flat grinding machine
FS110/400/P: Surface grinding with peripheral grinding wheel
The FS110/400/P CNC-controlled traveling head flat grinding machine achieves surface grinding on long knives with a peripheral grinding wheel. The maximum grinding length is 4,000 mm and the grinding height is 200 mm.
Differing from the standard traveling head flat grinding machine FS, the FS110/400/P has the following technical specifications:
- peripheral grinding wheel: Ø 400 mm × max. 80 mm width, inner Ø 127 mm
- infeed: stepless
- tactile measuring system for stone wear compensation (optional)
- magnetic table with three magnets of 1350 × 250 mm, stationary
- carriage speed: 0–30 m/min programmable
- carriage with oscillation stroke, oscillation with 450 mm stroke via additional carriage in connection with servo motor/ball screw drive
